There is no doubt we are living in the last days.  Not only are our youth forced to take a "gay indoctrination" seminar, but also ordered to sign a "confidentaility agreement" to not tell their parents.  Yep, that is happening in Illinois high school for 14-year old students.  Remember, someone "will" teach your kids, either you will teach them your Christian faith or someone else will teach them their evil ways, it is up for you to choose.

There are several moves right now to make descrimination of homosexuals to be a crime which would force religions to accept them and no longer say the act of homosexuality is a sin.  If these groups have their way, should you say they are in error or do not accept them in your religious organizations, you will go to jail.

I heard a minister say something yesterday I had never really thought about before.  He said:

"It occured to me that nothing has ever 'occured' to God!"

The thought that God has never been able to say, "It dawned on me" or "I wonder".  God knows everything, past, present and future, nothing takes Him by surprise.

Not only that, but God can never say "I was" or "I will be" as He "is" without change, the same forever!

Just a quick thought, perspective might be a problem in the Body.  We might see work needing to be done for God and approach it as if it was just that, work.  However, I wonder, is it really?  What if we do not do it?  Is the importance on the task that needs to be performed or on the growth of the one performing the task?

Say what?  Well, I was thinking, why do tasks come into our lives?  If God needs a task accomplished, He can easily give that task to someone who will carry it out.  Maybe the task is a tool in God’s hand to grow and refine us.  Many people tend to drag their feet to perform work, but perhaps we should be looking at it not as work, but as an opportunity to grow and build us up in our faith!
