Well, this week we eliminated two more shows to watch.
Ugly Betty:
We have watched this show and some of the characters have grown on us although the show itself is a bit lame. Still, we have followed the story until this week when one of the male characters that acted a bit feminine was validated as being homosexual. The other story line about a mysterious woman who appeared to be recovering from plastic surgery, was shown to actually be the main character's dead brother who has had a drastic sex change (supposedly the only thing left unchanged is the eyes as he said).
Men In Trees:
This story has had its moments and we have overlooked the sexual nature of the story that keeps showing up at times, but this week, the lost son and brother of a main character on the show is announced to be homosexual and goes out on a date with another homosexual on the show. Enough!
It amazes me how there is hardly any shows on TV nowadays that do not have homosexual content. While we do not have a problem with people committing homosexual acts (it is their own life), we do not like care watch it!
That leaves our secular TV viewing to mostly news and criminal shows like CSI, Criminal Minds, Monk, Close To Home, The Closer, etc.
